Rules & Regulations

1. Time Keeping:

Be punctual, report to school and class on time. The gate is open between 6:30am – 8:00 am. during the morning hours, 12 noon to 2pm in in the afternoon hours and from 4:00pm – 6:00pm in the evening hours. No vehicle is allowed in the school premises before the time stated above.

2. Payments

Parents/ guardians are required to make atleast a payment of 70% of school fees before reporting date. The balance must be paid by the fourth week of the term using the payment options provided by the bursar.

Note:

The school sends out only two school fees reminders. After the second reminder your child will not be allowed in class. 

3. School Property

Buildings and the campus must be kept clean and neat. Do not deface or damage school property. Pupils who vandalize the school property will make restitution.

4. School Uniform

All pupils are expected to always be neatly dressed in full school uniform that has been labeled clearly.

5. Personal property

The following are not allowed in school unless prior permission is granted by the school staff:

  • Radios, cell phones and other electrical equipment
  • Yoyos, darts, sling shots, and other potentially dangerous toys
  • Valuables, extra money, computer games, items of sentimental value
  • Fireworks, matches
6. Attendance

Pupils must strive to be present every school day. In case of absence, parents should call the school in the morning of the absence and notify the teacher in writing upon the student’s return to school.

7. Requirements

All pupils are expected to report to school on the first day with all the necessary requirements.

8. Respect the rights of others
  • Bullying of any form, verbal or physical, or any means of bullying or victimization is strictly forbidden.
  • All stakeholders of the school ought to respect their peers and teachers regardless of ethnicity, religion or gender.
  • Respect the property of others. Pupils are not allowed to touch things that do not belong to them unless they have been given permission.
9. Notices

All parents / guardians are expected to read all school notices that have been brought to their attention by the school administration.

10. Security and Safety
  • Parents / guardians are expected to introduce the person in charge of picking their child to the class teacher and the office.
  • Pupils are expected to remain within school boundaries at all times. Pupils leaving the school premises must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
  • Parents are also encouraged to remind their children not to pass behind the vehicles but instead the veranda while going to their respective classes.
11. Playground Rules
  • All pupils are expected to practice proper use of equipment.
  • Avoid bumping into or hurting others. Rough contact sports and games are not allowed.
  • Report all accidents to the teachers on duty and supervisors.
  • Pupils are allowed to be in the playground only under supervision of a teacher or caregiver.
